Overview

Violet’s View was a highly successful, standalone residential project managed by Jamaican Teas Limited's real estate development subsidiary, H. Mahfood & Sons Limited.

Layout

It is an exclusive, gated, 18-unit residential complex consisting entirely of "super studio" apartments.

Many owners have since converted these spacious layouts into functional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units.

The development is situated at 48 Portview Road in Manor Park, Kingston 8, offering premium panoramic views of the city.

Financial Impact

Completed right around the financial year ending September 2020, the project was highly lucrative for Jamaican Teas.

It contributed $48 million in gross profit to the group's bottom line, serving as a prime example of their real estate capabilities at peak performance.

2021 Build

Belvedere Apartments

The Group’s rental properties and land holdings in Kingston were revalued during the year, resulting in some minor write downs of one of our rental properties as reflected in the Profit & Loss Statement.

Sale of our last six super studios at Violet’s View, Manor Park was completed in 2021.

Belvedere | Sales have already commenced at our current project centrally located in Belvedere, Red Hills, which comprises 18 one bedroom units with 650 sq. ft. of living space and 12 studio units at 600 sq. ft. Amenities include:
